"What are we going to do now?" cried Wukong.
“我们现在怎么办？”悟空叫道。
"One-Horned Buffalo stole all our weapons!"
“独角水牛偷走了我们所有的武器！”
The warrior rubbed his chin.
武士揉了揉下巴。
He looked very serious.
他看起来很严肃。
"We can't go back to the Jade Emperor.
“我们不能回玉皇大帝那里。
He'll be angry if he finds out we couldn't arrest the demon."
如果他发现我们抓不到恶魔，他会生气的。”
"You're right," said the fire god.
“你说得对。”火神说道。
"We need a different plan.
“我们需要一个不同的计划。
It's getting dark out, almost nighttime.
天快黑了，几乎是晚上。
Maybe one of us can sneak into the cave and steal that metal ring."
也许我们中的一个可以潜入山洞，偷走那个金属戒指。”
The thunder god smiled.
雷神笑道。
"I know who's perfect for that job."
“我知道谁最适合这份工作。”
The others all looked at the god.
其他人都看向了神。
"One of us is a master thief," the thunder god continued.
“我们之中有一个是盗贼高手。”雷神继续说道。
"He once stole all the peaches from the Royal Peach Garden."
“他曾经从皇家桃园偷走了所有的桃子。”
Now everyone looked at Wukong.
现在所有人都看着悟空。
The monkey pretended to laugh.
猴子假装笑了。
"Ha-ha. Yes, it's true.
“哈哈。是的，这是真的。
I used to steal things, but I know now that stealing is wrong.
我过去常常偷东西，但我现在知道偷是不对的。
However, I will steal that metal ring because I need to save the Tang Monk.
不过，我会偷那个金属戒指，因为我需要救唐僧。
You all wait here."

The monkey turned himself into a tiny bug and flew into the cave.
猴子把自己变成了一个小bug，飞进了山洞。
He went down a long, dark tunnel followed by another tunnel.
他走下一条又长又黑的隧道，接着是另一条隧道。
Then he heard One-Horned Buffalo.
然后他听到了独角水牛的声音。
Wukong flew toward the voice.
悟空飞了过去。
The demon was sitting on the edge of a bed, talking to himself.
恶魔坐在床边自言自语。
The metal ring was still on his arm.
金属环还在他的手臂上。
"It's time for bed," said the demon with a yawn.
“该睡觉了。”恶魔打了个哈欠。
"I hope I can eat the Tang Monk tomorrow.
“希望明天能吃到唐僧。
I couldn't eat him today because of that annoying monkey and his friends from Heaven."
因为那只讨厌的猴子和他来自天堂的朋友，我今天不能吃他。”
The demon lay down and was soon asleep.
恶魔躺下，很快就睡着了。
Wukong flew over and landed on the demon's arm.
悟空飞了过来，落在了恶魔的手臂上。
"I'll bite his arm," thought the monkey.
“我要咬他的胳膊，”猴子想。
"He'll get itchy and have to take off the metal ring."
"他会发痒，不得不取下金属环。"
Wukong bit the demon's arm again and again.
悟空一次又一次地咬着恶魔的胳膊。
The demon rolled over and mumbled in his sleep, "Bugs . . . itchy . . ."
恶魔翻身，睡梦中喃喃自语：“虫子 . . . 痒 . . ."
He scratched his arm.
他挠了挠胳膊。
Wukong bit him some more.
悟空又咬了他一口。
The demon scratched and scratched.
恶魔挠啊挠。
But he didn't take off the metal ring.
但是他没有取下金属环。
"This isn't working," thought Wukong.
“这不管用。”悟空想。
He was about to leave the room when he spotted some things in the corner.
他正要离开房间，这时他发现角落里有一些东西。
He gasped. "Our weapons!"
他倒吸一口凉气。“我们的武器！”
Quietly he changed back into himself.
他悄悄地变回了自己。
He made his iron bar small and put it in his ear.
他把他的铁棒变小，放在耳朵里。
Then he grabbed the flaming spear, the thunderbolt, and the sword.
然后他抓起了燃烧的长矛、霹雳和剑。
Outside the cave the others were waiting.
其他人在山洞外等着。
The warrior made a fist.
战士握紧了拳头。
"I hope Wukong steals that metal ring.
“我希望悟空偷走那个金属戒指。
I am so angry at that demon!"
我对那个恶魔很生气！”
"So am I," said the fire god.
“我也是。”火神说。
"I can't believe he stole my fire spear."
“我不敢相信他偷了我的火矛。”
The thunder god held up a hand.
雷神伸出一只手。
"Shh. The door is opening."
“嘘，门开了。”
The three of them held their breath.
三人屏住了呼吸。
When they saw Wukong peek out, they were relieved.
当他们看到悟空偷看时，他们松了一口气。
"Did you get the ring?" asked the thunder god.
“你拿到戒指了吗？”雷神问道。
"No, but look!" The monkey held up the weapons.
“不，但是看！”猴子举起武器。
"Well done, Wukong!" said the fire god.
“干得好，悟空！”火神说。
The thunder god clapped the monkey on the back. "Thank you, Wukong."
雷神拍了拍猴子的背。“谢谢你，悟空。”
The warrior held up his sword.
战士举起了他的剑。
"We're all armed.
“我们都有武器。
We can easily defeat the demon now."
我们现在可以轻松击败恶魔了。”
"You're right," said Wukong.
“你说得对，”悟空说。
He looked around.
他环顾四周。
"Is everyone ready?"
“大家都准备好了吗？”
"Yes!" said the warrior.
“是的！”战士说。
"Yes!" said the fire god.
“是！”火神说道。
"Yes!" said the thunder god.
“是！”雷神说道。
The monkey banged on the cave door.
猴子砰砰地敲着洞门。
"Wake up, One-Horned Buffalo!
“醒醒，独角水牛！
Get out here right now or we'll destroy your entire mountain!"
马上给我滚出去，否则我们会毁了你的整座山！”
The demon stepped outside, yawning.
恶魔打着哈欠走到外面。
Then he saw the weapons.
然后他看到了武器。
"How dare you steal from me!"
“你敢偷我的东西！”
He held up the metal ring.
他举起金属环。
Before anyone could react, the weapons were sucked into it once again.
还没等人反应过来，武器又被吸了进去。
